Registration is handled by the Registrar and Guidance Office under the direct supervision of the office of the Chief Executive Officer.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
  • Applicants for admission must take and pass the qualifying entrance test and interview.
  • Qualified applicants must submit all enrolment credentials, forms and requirements such as:
  • For New Students:
    • Application form/ information sheet
    • Medical History
    • F138
    • Certificate of having passed Guidance Center Interview/ Entrance Exam
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate from Roman Catholic Church or Certificate from other religious affiliations.
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended duly signed by the Principal or his duly designated representative.
  • For Current Students:
    • F138
    • Clearance from Guidance and Registrar’s Office (for students with subject deficiencies)
    • Permit to Enroll/Probationary Contract issued by the Guidance Office (for students with disciplinary problems)
  • For Foreign Students:
  • Same as New Applicants. Determination of year level is according to DECS Order No. 26 s. 1994 (Placement of Transferees from Foreign Countries Seeking Admission to Philippine Elementary and Secondary Schools)

COLLEGE DEPARTMENT
  • New Students:
    • Must pass the college entrance test.
    • Must pass the interview
    • Must submit the following:
      • For Freshmen
        - F138 / High School Report Card (ORIGINAL)
        For Transferees
        - Certificate of Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
      • Birth certificate (PHOTOCOPY)
      • Baptismal certificate (ORIGINAL)
      • Certificate of good moral character
      • 4 copies of 1x1 ID pictures
  • Current Students:
    • Must submit the accomplished clearance slip
  • Cross Enrollees:
    • Students from other institutions may cross enroll in the school if properly recommended
    • The student should present a permit to cross enroll from the other school

GRADE SCHOOL
  • CASH BASIS – 2% discount
  • FOR CHILDREN OF ACADEMIC AND NON-ACADEMIC PERSONNEL
    • Children of personnel enrolled are entitled to 35% discount on tuition fees (excluding miscellaneous)
    • his privilege applies irrespective of whether the payment is in cash or on installment.
HIGH SCHOOL
  • CASH BASIS – 2% discount
  • 2 children enrolled: 5% discount for the youngest (excluding miscellaneous fees)
  • 3 children enrolled: 10% discount for the youngest (excluding miscellaneous fees)
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HONOR GRADUATES IN ADMISSION TO HIGH SCHOOL

ON ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship will be granted depending on the recommendation of the Guidance Department and the approval of the Chief Executive Officer upon the submission of certification from the elementary principals.

  • Valedictorian – full exemption on tuition fees
  • Salutatorian – 50% discount on tuition fees
  • First five honorable mentions of elementary school graduates but have to take qualifying examinations. Percentage of discount depends on the result taken.

  • FOR FULL SCHOLAR

    No grades lower than 80 in all subjects in the previous school year with general average of 93%

  • FOR PARTIAL SCHOLAR

    No grades lower than 80 in all subjects in the previous school year with general average of 92%

  • NO RECORD OF VIOLATION OF ANY SCHOOL REGULATIONS
OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS

  • Binangonan Association of Southern California (BASC) Scholarship
  • Educational Service Contracting Program (ESC) Scholarship
  • Educational Voucher System (EVS) Scholarship
  • Binangonan Association of Eastern USA. (BAE)
  • Binangonan Development Cooperative
These persons or groups pledge full or partial support to students in need of financial assistance.
IN NO CASE SHALL MORE THAN TWO MOST FAVORABLE PRIVILEGES BE GRANTED
